Amy has been teaching yoga for 13 years and founded Bend + Bloom in 2008. Her early days of teaching were balanced by her career in social justice and human rights organizing. Amy believes contemplative practices, like yoga and meditation, are essential components to transform our habits so we can build and embody new skills to manifest what we care about in our lives and the world.
Stephanie has been leading various forms of movement for 10+ years with an emphasis on connecting with oneself through the wisdom of the body. She is a 200-hr Yoga Instructor, Qoya Instructor and Somatic Coach. Her work focuses on living from the ground up to access the wealth of resources in the body.
Kayla discovered her yoga practice in 2011 as a bright spot in a dark year. Since then, yoga has been the steady thread that's helped her find consistency through major career changes and city moves. She is currently working toward her 200-hour teaching certification and aspires to share the benefits of practice with communities underserved by the traditional studio environment.
TJ is currently pursuing her Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology + Mind Body Connection at Columbia University. She is a 200-Hour Certified Yoga Teacher with specialized training in Prenatal, Labor+Delivery, Restorative, and Trauma-Informed practices. She has utilized her Graphic Design, B.A. and Operations background as a Studio Manager at B+B since June 2013.
