Christine's first yoga class was in 2000 - in a school gym on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. As a runner, she needed to cross-train and stretch more so naturally, she signed up for yoga. Over the years, her yoga practice has cracked open more than just her hamstrings, and it has penetrated every part of her body and spirit.
Yoga is like moving meditation. It’s a chance to connect mind, body, and breath, and click into that sweet spot. In class, you will get a good dose of sweaty and creative vinyasa sequence that unites body and breath. Christine offers a strong attention to alignment to allow you to safely flow, dive into the deeper layers of your practice, and create a space for healing to occur.
Christine completed her 200-hour RYT yoga certification with Kula Yoga Project in vinyasa and hatha yoga under the guidance of Schuyler Grant and Nikki Vilella.
