Every Friday 7:30-9:00pm
 Beginning September 23rd, 2016

Our Sweet Relief class is being transformed this fall with Live Music accompaniment! This 90-minute class includes an hour of vinyasa flow followed by a restorative practice. Each week will feature a different teacher and musician - check out the fall lineup below!

The series will kick off with a very special event: In conjunction with Art Slope, Bend + Bloom teacher Deidra Demens' powerful Black History + Yoga photography exhibit will be on display at the studio through September 25th.

On Friday, September 23rd, we will host a viewing at 7pm, followed by the Sweet Relief class with live music at 7:30p, and a reception and Q&A with Deidra after the yoga class from 9-9:30p.

Regular drop-in rates, packages and memberships apply for the whole series, including the special event. Donations for the musicians will be accepted at the front desk and can be paid with credit card or cash.

To register for class, sign up as you normally would via our schedule or MindBody app.
